About Us

People are the key to making RWFM work. While the latest technology is central to what we do and is only going to become more prevalent as we move forward; developing relationships with businesses and partners is at our heart. Whether process is automated and efficient or not, if people do not support the facilities management industry, we are unable to deliver our mission to solve operational and business critical challenges through smart, disruptive FM technologies.

For over 12 years we have been on a journey of highs and lows, with a story to tell at each bump, whether it be a mistake or success. RWFM was created to deliver real value using our expertise and technology to provide bespoke solutions for your business. RWFM have partnered with a number of trusted, proven and innovative experts to build the technological ecosystem of tomorrow.

How we work

RWFM have composed four pillars: Sustainability, Workplace Wellbeing, Integrations and Space Management. Each component with its own set of technological solutions possessing crossover capabilities into multiple pillars. We seek to offer true consultancy by being reliable, up to date and informative with all our solutions to solve your business critical challenges and operational issues. RWFM do not offer a one size fits all model, we work directly with our customers and get under the hood of their business operation to identify exactly what is needed and when.

We do not operate with smoke and mirrors, we offer full transparency to bring you an honest, reliable and highly-skilled service. If a solution isn’t right for you, we will tell you and always act with integrity towards your best interests. Our passion and empathy will make sure that every member of your team is listened to and involved in communication. At RWFM, we don’t have all the answers yet, but we will find it together.
